We have all heard the saying you cannot pour from an empty cup. How can I show up for you all if I am not showing up for myself? Sometimes I feel like you need a mental reset and refocus. This is that week for me. I need a reset when it comes to my health and fitness, my prayer life, and a total reset on how I utilize my time. Let me be the first to tell you it is okay to recognize areas you are undone because we do not have to be fully together. I am thriving to continuously evolve not thriving for perfection. Hellllllo fall!
I’m not going to lie this Georgia weather completely took me by surprise it’s actually cool! I wasn’t expecting this weather until maybe the end of October beginning November, but here we are lol Fall is one of my favorite seasons.
Nonetheless, I’m loving it! It’s something about the changing of the leaves the beautiful colors that get you excited for the transition. Whether you are ready or not nature is saying it’s time for a change!

Everyone has that one piece that makes you feel like you that chick!! For the fall and winter months for me, it’s definitely a faux leather moto jacket. I literally feel like a rock star it’s just something about the leather. Like honey let me gone head and get on somebody motorcycle lol!
As we begin to transition into a new season it’s the perfect time to shop for fall pieces! With this time of COVID we may have found a small silver lining as we approach cooler months. Outdoor activities are becoming the safest and with cooler temperatures ahead the moto jacket is a must-have!

The shocking and painful loss of Chadwick really caught everyone off guard. His accomplishments at the young age of 43 were truly remarkable. In such a short time here you could tell he was living every day with purpose. Honestly, for me losing good people that I feel had so much more to give always hits home for me. It always reminds me that we are truly on borrowed time another day is not promised.
Where’s My Pot of Gold?
Y’all I’ll be 29 tomorrow, and I can’t believe I’m entering the last year of my twenties. So thankful for all the lessons and setbacks. In talking with many of my close friends who are beautiful, educated, loving, and all-around amazing women everyone is asking where’s my pot of gold?!
